    The key to Next Step success is creating bridges between academic and student affairs. We do not have competing missions - we all want students to be succesful.

    Next Step folks will work with administration/faculty/staff for true curriculum infusion. This includes working with departments to identify specific needs, across units to engage a variety of key stakeholders, and developing collaborative, not competing relationships.
